10am Movie - Treating the Land, Protecting the Water, The Heber Valley Story.  This documentary tells the story about how the farmers and dairy men came together to help protect water quality in the Heber Valley. Shown in the Nature Center 10 minutes
10:30am Birding Walk - This guided walk promises to please because on any given day, you may see majestic golden eagles, redtail hawks, hummingbirds, and many other birds that live within the mountain riparian habitat. Meet on the Nature Center deck 1/2 Hour
       
Movie - Biodiversity!  Exploring the Web of Life.  This documentary examins the interconnectedness of Earth's ecosystems, Focuses on the vast number of species on the planet, the current biodiversity crisis, the value of biodiversity and the best ways of preserving it. Shown in the Nature Center Theater 30 minutes
11am Wetland Habitat Walk - Join Rock Cliff Park's Naturalist on a tour of the surrounding wetlands and learn about the unique animals and plants that live there. Meet on the Nature Center deck 1/2 Hour
Movie - Hawks Up Close.  This National Audobon Society video teaches about the fastest creature that ever lived, the Peregrine Falcon.  It also covers over 30 species of hawks. Shown in the Nature Center Theater 55 minutes

12:30pm Movie - Rocky Mountain Beaver Pond.  Beavers are nature's best-known engineers and architects, constructing impressive dams in their own habitat. Join students, educators, and scientists as they take action to conserve and protect water resources in the Great Lakes, the Ogallala aquifer, the Colorado River, and South Florida. 3pm Movie - The Lorax By Dr. Suess.  A ruined industrialist tells his tale of his environmentally self destructive greed despite the warnings of an old forest creature. Shown in the Nature Center Theater 30 minutes
